14 October 2015: $8,000 grants from the Microsoft New Zealand and AUT's Centre for Learning and Teaching
STEM-TEC secured $5,000 sponsorship from the Microsoft New Zealand and $3,000 from AUT's Centre for Learning and Teaching for sponsoring Australasian Symposium on Using Pen-Enabled Tablets in Teaching STEM Subjects to be held at AUT in November. Educational Manager of the Microsoft New Zealand Evan Blackman confirmed that he would be one of keynote speakers at the Symposium.
